Minimum wage attestation Loi Macron, France

Minimum wage attestation Loi Macron, France

In France, all foreign drivers must carry with them proof that they are being paid at least the French minimum wage during the time they are driving in France.

In addition, they must have a designated representative in France who stores all the documents required in France by the French authorities (e.g. monthly payroll details, contracts of employment etc.) in a French database.

In order to help them comply with these requirements, we offer our customers the use of a server operated by our Spanish service partner Servicios Bagem (SB) on payment of a fee per driver. LUNADIS invoices you for this fee every six months.
