Minimum wage attestation Loi Macron, France

Minimum wage attestation Loi Macron, France

The French government orders all foreign, international truck drivers who are not self-employed and perform transports that either begin or terminate in France to carry documentary evidence with them (attestation of posting) stating that they receive the French minimum wage. They must carry this documentary evidence with them at all times during their professional stay in France.

Moreover, each company that sends drivers to France needs an authorised representative in France and must ensure that documents such as drivers‘ employment contracts and wage records are kept on file in France.

DKV supports its customers with a service supplied by Servicios Bagem (SB). For only EUR 10 per document (two documents are required per year per driver), DKV customers who use the SB service will obtain access to a website where they can upload all the required documents for the representatives.
