DKV Euro Service: News and press releases
Slovenia is switching to a new toll system on 1 April 2018. From that date, access to toll routes will no longer be regulated by toll gates but by the gateless toll system DarsGo. Every vehicle above 3.5 tonnes permitted total weight will then require a vehicle-specific toll box (OBU) and must be re-registered for the new toll system. The DARS cards and ABC toll boxes used up to now will no longer be valid. DKV customers can register for the new toll system now through the DKV website.
Following registration, you can have your post-pay on-board units sent free of charge to you at any EU delivery address or pick them up from a local DARS customer service point. However, a handling fee of 10 Euro will be charged. DKV recommends customers to register and obtain their OBUs quickly in order to avoid delivery bottlenecks and long queues when the toll starts.Toll Slovenia
